WHAT IS ABA?
The science of meaningful behavior change
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the science of producing significant, practical changes in behavior through systematic assessment, intervention, and analysis. Behavior analytic practices target the acquisition and maintenance of skills, while addressing behaviors that limit independence and quality of life.
At Sentinel Behavioral Consulting, ABA is never one-size-fits-all. Every plan begins with a comprehensive assessment, is guided by ongoing data collection, and is built around what matters most to the individual.
